Born from a Global Vision and Individualised Service
Cherish Therapy Services emerged in 2018, drawing on over 25 years of combined experience in occupational therapy. Our founders, Carey Cheung and Heidi Tang Yan, share a deep commitment to client-centered service and evidence-based practice. Their passion lies in empowering individuals with disabilities, and their journey began with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors within Australia.
Fueled by a desire to provide individualized support and a broader global impact, Carey and Heidi have worked across various countries. This international perspective instilled a core value: ensuring high-quality therapy services are inclusive and accessible, reaching individuals regardless of location.
This dedication to global accessibility, coupled with a desire to support people in community settings, upskill organizations, and provide specialized training, ultimately led to the creation of Cherish Therapy Services. Our mission is to extend this support not only within Australia but also around the world.
